IT? The Birth Certificate is a proof that you're a FEDERAL, 14th
Amendment US citizen. Without it, you're a state Citizen or Inhabitant
(whites are state Citizens, other races are Inhabitants). And of course
getting the BC is VOLUNTARY.

The UNITED STATES said, "here are all these 'human resources' around (US citizens), use them.'" 1933 was the first year we started paying federal income tax.
